In the first session,
you will meet with other peers and gather in groups of five, based on your project preferences.

Each group will think of solutions to address the needs of their communities and establish
a common project
that you will be working on
for the whole duration
of the program.
In the second session,
you will learn basic concepts
of project management,
such as analyzing the needs
of your community,
establishing the project objectives, and the timeline
of activities.

An expert will assist you throughout the session to apply these concepts in practice.
In the third session,
you will dive into more
advanced concepts
of project management,
such as setting up
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
identifying and managing risks, and controlling the budget.

From now on, you will be ready to develop your project like
a top-class professional.

In the fourth session,
a professional coach will help you prototype and test your idea.

You will learn the principles
and phases of design thinking and then conduct real research.

You will also learn how to provide and receive feedback
to get the most out of it.
In the fifth session,
you will learn how to promote
the project with advertising online and publications
in social media.

You will also learn how to share your project outcomes and establish potential future cooperations.

A professional marketer will share practical knowledge and secrets.

In the sixth session,
you will learn five hard skills
that will level up your project.

You will be introduced
to the basics of graphic design, motion design, video production, photo production, and copyrighting.

You will create compelling designs that will help you with promoting your idea and establishing
solid branding.
In the seventh session,
a professional coach
will help you
develop your full potential
as a professional.

You will discover
how your personal strengths
can benefit your project
and how to develop
a mindset of success.
In the ninth session,
you will get an opportunity to earn a mini-grant
to help you kick-start the project, but we are aware that big ideas need bigger funding.

In this workshop, you will meet with experienced fundraisers
and learn common options
and techniques to raise funds,
including reaching out to relevant stakeholders and establishing
a pool of donors.
Not all projects necessarily end after the official “end”.

How has your project been implemented? What were the challenges? Did it meet your and your target group's expectations?
What are the outcomes?

We will look back to see
the impact you have achieved, assess potential areas for improvement, and ways of extending your project’s reach!

In the second session, your group will learn basic concepts of project management, such as analyzing the needs of your community, establishing the project objectives, and the timeline of activities. An expert will assist you throughout the session to apply these concepts in practice.
You will dive into more advanced concepts of project management, such as setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying and managing risks, and controlling the budget. From now on, you will be ready to develop your project like a top-class professional.

In this session, a coach will teach you concepts to boost the performance of your team and mitigate conflicts during the implementation of your project, such as mediation, conflict resolution, non-violent communication and team building.
We will provide you with a mini grant to help you kick-start the project, but we are aware that big ideas need bigger funding.
