In the first session, you will meet with other peers and gather in groups of five people based on your project preferences (education, environment, healthcare, civic activism or social inclusion). Each group will think of solutions to address the needs of their communities and establish a common project, that you will be working on for the whole duration of the program.
In the second session, your group will learn basic concepts of project management, such as analyzing the needs of your community, establishing the project objectives, and the timeline of activities. An expert will assist you throughout the session to apply these concepts in practice.
You will dive into more advanced concepts of project management, such as setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying and managing risks, and controlling the budget. From now on, you will be ready to develop your project like a top-class professional.

We will provide you with a mini grant to help you kick-start the project, but we are aware that big ideas need bigger funding. Therefore, in this workshop you will learn common fundraising options and techniques, including reaching out to relevant stakeholders, such as public institutions and private companies, and establishing a pool of donors.

Each group will evaluate each other’s projects and provide valuable feedback. In this session, you will also discover the techniques of public speaking and presentation, which will allow you to communicate your project effectively with your target group, experts, and the broader public.
A lot of people talk about grants and tenders, but where to find them? And how to win them? This will be the key topics of discussion in this session! A renowned expert in project management will share you tips to create compelling grant proposals and secure funding from top institutions, such as large NGOs, government entities, or the European Union.
It is time to celebrate your success! You will present your project to all participating experts and invited guests. This will be an opportunity to share your achievements and experience with others and get inspiration for your future projects.
